Overall experience was poor in Covid-19, senior management is very good but middle management was totally worst. Like RH of Maharashtra. I have completed 11 years and its totally wasted of time as a no salary increment till day.

Middle management is not trusting on their employees. My LWP marked in Covid-19.

Suryoday small finances bank products is good.

Dislikes

No job security and local level politics.HR and management not supporting to employee.HR and Management forcefully asking employee for resignation even no peoper reason.Non experience branch manager hired and they don't have people management skills. Unnecessary long working hour's also in Covid 19 lockdown.No support in Covid 19 situation.
