I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Suryoday Bank is paying salaries on time. And that's one thing the staff is happy about

Does not support anything to the customer. And the staff also gives very wrong information to the customer so the bank has a very high NPA and it puts a lot of strain on everything else. The rest are just weird, accepting vacations very late and possibly not giving vacations at all. Incentives and traveling never match what is said. Incentives are very low.

This is specifically about affordable housing department. Worst ever team, the boss, the credit team and ofcourse the incentive structure itself. Login to sanction ratio is 9:1 if you logiin 10 files, 9 will be rejected and 1 will be sanctioned after 2-3 months of login. Boss is from CASA background he doesn't know A for apple from housing department. He's so called KHAS of MD hence he's in the company. Rest no unity in team, no talent, no cooperation etc. i left within 2 months....Read More
