Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

Suryoday Bank is paying salaries on time. And that's one thing the staff is happy about

Does not support anything to the customer. And the staff also gives very wrong information to the customer so the bank has a very high NPA and it puts a lot of strain on everything else. The rest are just weird, accepting vacations very late and possibly not giving vacations at all. Incentives and traveling never match what is said. Incentives are very low.

This is specifically about affordable housing department. Worst ever team, the boss, the credit team and ofcourse the incentive structure itself. Login to sanction ratio is 9:1 if you logiin 10 files, 9 will be rejected and 1 will be sanctioned after 2-3 months of login. Boss is from CASA background he doesn't know A for apple from housing department. He's so called KHAS of MD hence he's in the company.
