Inflation is so high, and the salary is less it’s been more than a year now but it has been increased by ₹1000/- and in that also i get ₹800/-

Some people are friendly but TL and other seniors are taking under pressure all the employee.

There are not career growth. Environment os bad, HR have too much bad behaviour, if there is female TL then she will not join any male in his team and vice versa, there is a lot of politics.
