I dont know why I have spent more than 6 years. When I see back I got nothing from here and now after having lots of responsibilities I can not resign from here but company wanted me to have resignation. I literally suggest all of you guise who are trying to work in Suntec please do have a better choice.Try to work somewhere else please do not try work here because there is no job security and when you would have most need of the job Suntec will definitely throw you.plz plz guise dont try to spoil your future and have a alternate choice there is nothing to learn in suntec. Whoever you are after having a professional degree you must be agree for data entry work and they say this is just a part of training and after having 3 months they will throw you back where you have started your journey....Read More

Everything-no growth, lack of temptation of work schedule, decision of seniors to send the employees on unpaid leaves for about 3 months or more, way of talking of the seniors(managers etc talk same like a baniya call his shop worker)

Team mates are good but seniors ( name - Md. Arif) not good for any team members. He is not supported to me and he scared me anytime - " you are fired ". But some seniors are good like ( name - Ashish Sir, Pradeep Kanojia Sir, Manmohan Sir, Sunny Sir), but only Arid sir not thinking well to me.

Arif Sir Rudly Behavior and The work pressure is high and sometimes I work 9-10 hours but they are not give me Overtime Benefit. If I need urgent leave Arif sir not provided leave for full day, not for the exam and not for the other issues. I can' t explain......
