A company which is highly focused in its work area. A company which helps to train its employees in term of Work area as well as behaviour Patterns also by train them ethically

Skill development - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management as some where need to check the lack of Working areas .As many people took wrong advantages and many are doing their Job Very Well. Management should learn to Differentiate the people who are good for their Company and who are not.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
