1) JOB SECURITY: Terrible job security, they start firing people in one week after hiring them. 2) Management: Not sure what management wants exactly they always change org structure in 3 month and start firing the employees. 3) Communication: Even managers don't have any idea what is happening with their employee they act like puppet for US people. 4) Respect: Irony is its one of their value, they just don't respect how much work you have done for them, its like they don't care what you are doing, someone day someone will say company is not doing well we have to let you go....Read More

For lateral hires there is no training program apart from induction. The culture is good in respect to work-life balance. Work from home is allowed so it's good. There are no on-site opportunities for Java Development. You will have freedom to use latest technologies to complete the task so, that's great advantage.
