Job security is not there in sungard because anytime they ask you to leave the organization. I worked 1.5 Years in sungard and suddenly one day they said that today is your last working day as decided by management so please resign in next 15 minutes else we will terminate you & all your IT access will be closed in next 2 hours so download your salary slip, form 16 immediately so this is the way they behave with employee....Read More
