I like Sunpharma becouse all work done with systematic and well support from upper level to lower level...... And very good cultural for work....

Dislikes

Overall is well but only...on my side may be one issue that is no circulation of working department in QC. No other chances for other activity..Ex. 2-3 person are working in only one department from 8-10 year..

Management un-necessary pressure. There is no extra employee benefits like outing or extra curricular activities at factory level.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
