Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Teammates are supportive but management is not transparent, no any outing to minimise official workload, no good hike, company policies as well as HR policies so worst. Seniors are not co-operative, the behave like a boss.

Nepotism existing here, if I'm a manager and I'm from Odisha then I will highly recommended Odishi people anyhow, although they are not capable to handle the critical activities, better appraisal to these people against other areas colleagues...this is the main drawback.

Administratively they are providing us support to abide with state government norms, but in matter of emolments sun Pharma should work on, say no Over Time support ed during crisis situation for officer/executive.

Sun Pharma is doing good, facility are worth mentioning. Central policy of public relations is better.
