1) Huge Work Pressure 2) Contractual basis 3) No Project benefit 4) Marginal Salary Increment, may be only 1% or no increment at all 5) Very bad policy to wards HR or no policy at all 6) No additional benefit like T.A, D.A, HRA, Medical Insurance 7) All Target based work 8) Quarterly or Monthly performance review 9) Mismanagement or inefficient Managerial structure
