Terrible company policies. Time logging on 2 different places. No transparency in appraisal process, delayed by months without any notice or regrets from company. Employees opinion are never taken for any decision making, once decisions are made you have no choice but to accept it on Google form else HR will keep asking you to accept. If you ask questions about company policy your appraisal will be on the lower limit. Sellling fake dreams of sending you to founder club with added benefits, which club doesn’t exist it’s just lollipop for you to work more than 8 hours. Employees are asked not to take leaves and work even when you are on leaves for few hours in return of 80% of the days salary but you would only see it in December salary so it’s another lollipop for you to stay with this company. Word of advice for Successive, if you don’t want your employees to leaves your company don’t make policies because of which they won’t be able to leave company for some lollipops instead make policies so employees centric that they wouldn’t want to leave your company...Read More

It was the right decision to join this company. There is a lot of room to grow here as the management focuses majorly on personal development and provides extensive training to groom yourself as well as gain practical experience.

Best place to work and grow especially if you are just starting. The environment is motivating and colleagues are all cooperative. I got great exposure and many opportunities to manage projects independently early on in my career. I like that there are always new things to learn and explore here. It makes work enjoyable and interesting!

No such thing as micromanagement. Only work is given importance. Seniors and management are always there for guidance. I could see sheer personal and professional growth in me. Everything goes here in a systemic and planned way

I joined 2 years ago and its been a good experience of learning and growth . The work atmosphere is energetic and everyone here is ambitious and ready to help. We have an open-door policy and what I like most is free hand and control given over the projects without constant supervision. Can work at my own pace without any stress

Company is working towards their goal with taking employees as a pillar. Work satisfaction as many people have been working 3-5 years in same company. Appraisal and culture here is not that good. People working here enjoys yearly trip, occasional parties.

I have given 4 years to the company. There is no job security. They ask you to do 20 hours/day. and all 7 days. still expect to come office. if you refuse you will be fired on the spot. They treat everyone as donkeys. The company never fulfills its promises. even management is worst and toxic. They fired more than 50% of its employees within a few months. even HRs also given up on them. Dont expect appraisal from them. They give only dates for them and delayed salaries.
