I work there for 6 years. When I started over in 2013 The Training and Development was not that good because there was no infrastructure after 2015 they made some good Tanning Programs and Learning and Development programs which was very fruitful for the Teams working there. As far as concern about learning I lean alot from there but there were some flaws from the Management side not from the Higher Management. Some decisions where taken which which really make a hard impact on The company. Infact The President of the Company rely on the Management and they Ruin the who structure made by him in previous years. over all Company has a lot of potential but now they lost the Team who built the Tower for them....Read More

Dislikes

The teammates where like Family Members very cooperative and they don't shown any kind of Bose attitude to anyone. They President of the Company was a person who has given the job security to the whole team even when there was a recession year in business industry. The company Provides Indoor games facility and dinners and Lunches occasionally for the betterment of culture and environment changes. We always welcome and encourage the new staff and in those years everyone in the company stays more then 3 to 6 years, which was the good number. The whole analysis of the Review is The President is unable to find and chose the Team who possess the qualities like him. Fast, Quick, Energetic, Truthful, Honest with work, Smart Movers, Strong Decision makers and free from all kind Politics, ( Straight Forward)....Read More

Work Details

It was fantastic 6 years with alot of leaning and earning in Sublime wireless I really Miss the teammates work ENVIRONMENT. I am really thankful to Preside M.Fiaiz Gondal and Zohaib Sarfraz who Provided me the Opportunity to work under their Guidance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
