they are no leave policy, they says that you will get 1.5 leaves per month but they didn't give and also leaves are not carry forward to next month, and if you work on any national holiday they will not give any extra amount for it and also not explaining the reason. Currently I am working for NTT data as a contract and stratosphereis My pay role company. I work on Holi and one Saturday and NTT data mgr approve time sheet and but my payroll company not provide salary for those days. last three month and I am sending mail regarding this but no response. your coordinating HR will also not give any phone or msg or email reply if you send any query and they behave like I am asking there money to transfer in my account....Read More

My experience with this organization is not good regarding HR behavior and Leave policy and salary.This is my payroll company, as my suggestion if they are hiring as contract for any company,so please don't accept offer,if you are acpting offer then take.

There is no policy to appreciate employees as well as more work pressure reasons is startup company and developers is less according to work efficiency. they not provide good hike to employees.
