Terrible experience. One of the worst company. Never ever join this company. Fraud company. Each and everyone including managers no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.

Despite the company's impressive growth trajectory, I find the lack of transparent leadership and the frequent restructuring to be disconcerting, as it creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and hinders long-term planning.

No growt, Bad appraisal, Lady Manager is toxic and pushes you in mental stress and calls you in late hours as she has no personal life of her own. Hybrid or WFH is not provided for valid reason but provided to her pets. No respect for previous experience and amateurs who are in organization are given preference. HR gives zero preference to employee benefits and sides with the toxic manager.

Number of projects are less in e-learning on Chegg is single client they hold. And chegg is now days become worst day by day by providing wrong and incorrect feedback. If Chegg not improve its policy very soon Chegg going to shut down if provide incorrect feedback and block IDs.

Work Life balance Best fit for people who married and already have tons of knowledge. They are trying improve.

1)Less learning curve 2)No cloud exposure 3)Less projects most of project are at poc after some months the project will be closed. 4)At the max you can expect 9% hike mostly it would be 5% whatever you perform. 5)Very Big data science team with less projects.

There is no support from HR people whenever the employee facing difficulties in his team. Maximum Increment is 3% per annum Work time also affect on your personal If you're hired with the good package giving too much of pressure based on your salary

There is no big appraisal here. You cannot live here unless you can operate in harmony with the boss and team leader. The HR department excessively serves managers and team leaders. Employees are not receiving their support. Anything you ask confidentially in HR will be forwarded to the manager immediately. Five minutes later, the manager or team leader reprimands the workers.
