These are my experience before 2 years. If you are .Net/Microsoft tech expert, they will place you in PHP projects and torture you to code and deliver as soon as possible. After the you done your PHP delivery in time, your manager will give feed back in appraisal discussion as you are not per forming anything on your own, and you did under the manger(not a software guy) guidance, and need improvement feedback</mark>. No change in salary or confirmation in probation. Expect all filthy words during the one to one meeting. HR will support the manager who speaks filthy words as both are friends. Your escalation will fire back to you, think twice before escalation. If you want to quite the company, you have to submit the written document and wait for all other consequence. Culture: good Timing: work timing is good Management: good but they concentrate only their growth Not employees. Overall they can join and work wh o don' have to maintain family financial or who do not want to develop their family from financial. You can work hard and smart way.
