The company is good because staff of our company are well-worked and kind human being.

Dislikes

There is not possible to work here for long time because no promotion no increment no incentive no bonus always working in third party which is not good for carrear.

I am working as a senior safety officer through third party. my work is excellent according my continuous work record, but there is no increment getting yet. I am just waiting of my agreemant of one year if i get payroll then ok otherwise l left job.

Company work culture is terrible specially in Treasury Department. No work life balance. Late sitting practices. No KRA, After joining will give you any random work with out any assistance or guidance or training. If you can work till 02 AM then join.
