Mr. Ajay Arora is gentle Person but team guiding him is not good including other senior management. But Mr. Arora is listening them that is his mistake. HR team is becoming hurdle in growth of the company. they are actually doing forgery. Some expert are taking design work from contractor. Doing the work unofficially.

HR TEAM , Operation teams are equivalent to thieves, bidding team is clever like fox. Misusing the candidates reference.

The work environment is pretty great. Teammates are supportive and the management is flexible. There are numerous career growth opportunities here and I would highly recommend the company for its values and culture. Company policies are fair and if one works hard there’s definitely an appreciation in terms of salary hikes and bonuses.
