He then goes to management and tells them that the junior is not doing the job properly and should be fired. They give more pressure, seniors will never help you. They give fake feedback to management also make rejected your assistance and management is know all the thing but they didn't take any action to that senior. For tranning you will come Saturday also and very strict time rule. Give you fake promises for salary increment but at time they refused from own word when you will come for join they demand to submit your all 10, 12 and DMC for 2.5 year. They don’t have proper management. Senior don’t help if anything goes wrong they will put the blame on you. Too much toxic environment. They some time made you to work even on Saturday. Don’t gave any leave during Covid. They will hold the original document which is illegal.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
