Opportunities for employee growth are restricted, with limited prospects for career advancement. There are resources that they can use for their best utilization. Implementation of performance management strategies needs advancement as certain areas remain unaddressed and occasional biases are observed among departmental managers.

It was a culture of growth at Stellar. It was my first job and i am glad it was at Stellar. I learned and grew at the same time. The skills i learned their still helps me with my day to day working. The management is approachable and share feedback in a collaborative manner

Alwayehdj always safe yout cariier, never trust this company, internal politicks, lot of mid games with people, manager are bad, mangement realy bad, you can not do anything,. Products are bad, customtrs are cheating, no sales of products bcaus bad name of company, charting with all employees..don't join this company

Stellar offers good work life balance. The teams are good inter department co-ordination is agile. I had worked for Stellar from 2013 to 2016 and had left and joined an MNC and again came back to Stellar in 2022, since the work culture and management is very good and understanding and they give you opportunity to work openly and are always welcoming new ideas and working methods.
