1. It has turned as a Lala company. 2. Sandy (AVP) thinks himself God. Always use harsh words. During heated discussion he uses slang language. Always threat to terminate. 3. Indian management head Ankit is filling senior management position by his known people from previous organization by forcing old resources to resign or terminate. 4. No job security. Ticket hygiene like silly mistake also can cause job loss. 5. Removal of senior management all of a sudden keeping all in dark. 6. What I liked about the organisation were the Diwali gifts that they give.
Toxic Work Environment with No Growth and Exploitative Practices There’s a lot to dislike about this company, starting with the toxic hierarchy. People in higher positions lack skills and cling to their roles, blocking opportunities for others to grow. Promotions are extremely slow because of this. The EMT team, especially the manager, fostered a very negative work environment. I recall one instance where he threatened an employee, saying, "I can get someone like you for ₹30,000 and throw you out anytime." Such behavior was completely unprofessional and demotivating. Another manager was notorious for harassing employees, especially women. He would manipulate their personal struggles and emotions to get work done. Many female colleagues had to tolerate his inappropriate behavior because they couldn’t afford to lose their jobs due to household pressures. On top of this, there was no culture of knowledge sharing. Employees who had some expertise were rude and refused to guide others. They would say things like, "You can’t do this, only I can," just to maintain their importance. This lack of collaboration made the work environment even more frustrating. The company also showed no empathy for employees. Night shifts were assigned continuously for 2-3 months without consideration for personal challenges. Leaves for emergencies or critical health issues were denied. Even when I was hospitalized and requested work-from-home, it was rejected, citing a nonexistent "company policy," as confirmed by HR. The only positive aspect was the pick-up and drop facility in Noida. Overall, the work culture is toxic, exploitative, and unprofessional. HR policy always changes even salaries deduction after commitments they will deduct from your salaries part when you will try to reach higher management they will not resolve your query , if you say more then they will fire you without any reason HR will come to you and provide you letter of termination

Pathetic! I stayed for 5 years as I committed to stay. Started with one project. Worked on making the count for oracle databases as 6. Apart from that worked on azure data pipelines. But in return I got - 1. Delayed promotion 2. Retention bonus to be paid in three years (some amount each year). 3. They even asked for oracle team leadership to the junior folks from my team despite putting best of my work. 4. Oracle team was neglacted completely, A seasoned senior SQL DBA was given to lead oracle team. I respect him as a team lead but can not claim him the oracle lead. 5. They did not pay the night shift allowances in first two years while in induction session session it was told to be given! 6. Competent leadership was set aside and some "I am the LORD" types took over and ruined the company culture. 7. Every senior resource consider himself the manager 😂. Trying to steer other technology's team. Like Linux team tells oracle team that thier patching scripts are causing issue while they did not check time out parameter in ssh settings. 8. No investment on training. I stayed thinking services will be valued and I can also climb the corporate ladder. But they proved me wrong. For me the experience from here is life long learning. I worked at Stefanini as a Senior Software Engineer(Middleware/Adtalem) . I joined this org on 27th of March 2024 & last working day was 8th of oct 2024 why so soon??? Let me brief so far situation & story behind this(all points only for middleware /Apps):- Unfortunately my experience there was far from positive. The team leadershiplacked technical expertise & had no understanding of business operation instead of foresting collaboration , the focus seemed to be on internal politics. The management culture was toxic & key leadership position particularly in middleware , were held by individuals with little to no relevant skills. The team lead particular, had poor technical knowledge & was more focused on playing politics than supporting the team he only supported the employee who is favourite because of that he can save his job. The manager seemed interested in protecting certain employees rather than encouraging growth & productivity across the board. While my journey he never asked what is the reason , he only escalated me. This political culture was a major factor in my decision to leave the company . I would never recommend this company to others based on my experience. BOTTOM LINE:- Company is good but management is Worse. TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT:- I strongly encourage you to review the feedback of all employees on monthly basis rather than relying solely on inputs from manager & no skilled Team lead 😂 .
