In steag you will find better work culture and exposure.Seniors are very much cooperative.

Dislikes

Very less salery is given for mid level employees.

The job is quite interesting.I joined steag as a fresher now I learnt alot on this job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the team.

Some of the sites of this company is far away from HR terms. So it's difficult to get company benefits .. joining terms may be changed site to site.which is not mentioned at the time of joining.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
