Laxman congo is very good and very friendly environment company. In this company lot of work to earn experience in all stream like related with accounts & marketing executive. Job security is depende on your behaviour, if you break the rule like fighting with out side person or do any criminal activity then you may lost your job. Company will pay your all over again expenses like tickets, visa, rent,and food expenses but only breakfast, lunch, dinner not other eatable things give by company like snacks. The culture of company is belongs to Rajasthan. If we told about job satisfaction so I will give 3 🌟 Stars....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
