Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ing with out side person or do any criminal activity then you may lost your job. Company will pay your all over again expenses like tickets, visa, rent,and food expenses but only breakfast, lunch, dinner not other eatable things give by company like snacks. The culture of company is belongs to Rajasthan. If we told about job satisfaction so I will give 3 🌟 Stars.
