Career growth good, job security ok. Salary low. Performance wise incentives implemented but it is failed to attract employees. Association and union activity high but no impact on workers or officer community. Bad work life balance. Looks like semi govt organisation in some aspects and try to give competition to private banks. Systems and procedures good but due to lack of knowledge at ground level and pressure not implement properly resulting high NPAs and no customer service. IT platform good, compete with private banks. The most discouraging assignments in the Bank is holding the position of Branch Manager. There you have to listen from bottom as well as from top for anything apart from customer.
