Actually speaking I have worked very hard for this organization. Branch manager in 5 SBT/SBI branches and Advance Officer in 3 branches. I have sacrificed my family life and child education and their love / affection for this organization. Continuous late hours working without taking leave. I never took sick leave during entire service. Left behind 540 days sick leave. Performed very well in the BM post. Awarded twice as CGM club member. Same time other officers tried escape from this BM post instead they tried to get some easy posts like fin inclusion, maintenance officer in rasmec etc. Ultimately they are benefited when a post of reemployed vaccancies. Because BM are not considered for any re- employment vaccancies. We can see this disparities in the recent posting of concuurrent auditors....Read More

Dislikes

Bank is not giving any consideration for Officers who have worked in BM post in the selection of retired vaccancies like concurrent auditoes. Actually the BM post is the toughest job in the Bank and back bone of the organisation. I have utililised my entire active life for this organization sacrifising family life, family affection,children education. Other officers they have always tried to escape from tough jobs and they are benefitted when re-employment opportunity comes. Really disappointing....Read More
