Interaction with customers. Every day you will have a new experience. Colleagues are helpful.

Dislikes

Transfers. You don't get time to come home and take rest. Because the next day, you need the join the new Branch which might be 500kms away from your present location. All the transfer orders are circulated in the evening with no prior information about the new location and you need to complete your daily task before you go home andstart packing. Even the employees whose service will get over in a few months aren't spared. It is not easy for an individual having a family along because kids have their schools and it is not easy to get admitted into a new school, however, you will get a leased accommodation quickly because You are an employee of SBI.
