Nothing to like about. Only SBI being regulated by government timings are followed, so working hours are good.

No PF contribution system. Terrible system, only business minded, no external employee welfare system, nill back support. Behaviour of internal employees with external staffs no good. You will be always treated as step son

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
