Appraisal and increment,salary revision is very very poor. They are not good pay master for those who are best performer despite of 300% achievement.

As bank it is very renowned institution in India.As Associate I gave 7 years services to the bank in audit & inspection department and got a lot of experience in this field. But as career in the field of growth, the opportunity was very less even then I gave 34 years of my services to the bank and retired with a good appreciation letter. Carrier Growth in banking sector is low. Now a days work pressure in banking sector is very high. Although my working hours are 10 to 5 only but volumes of work is too much and bank required do the more more work.

Work Details

I have given 34 years of my services to the bank. I worked as chief associate but my job was not as my designation. I handled cash chest of bank and worked In front of customer and audit department also for 7 years.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
