Nothing. Infrastructure is poor. Politics. Insurance cross selling. People having less knowledge and high ego are holding higher positions under which you have to work.

Dislikes

Everything. You are forced to work. Family and personal life doesn't matter to them. They do not care about your health. Work and insurance is life.

Management has little say or can be said no say when there is any investigation from outside.When you are in trouble no one will be there in spite of knowing that you are honest.Politics at HO level is worst.
