SBI is the biggest bank of India. It has a huge customer base but at the same time due to the technology development is a need of an hour. Feels very proud while working with such a big institution which gives us a bread and butter.

Work Life balance is very essential. Which directly relates to job and mental satisfaction. You can't work free mindedly. Continuous work pressure for unproductive things have increased.

I was a founder member of Home Loan Dept. (RACPC), Pune. Around 1000 home loan proposals were processed during the month in that period by home loan team. I have also worked in SMECC. My main objective was to help the costmer to fulfill their home dream.
