Job security, reimbursement ranging from a concessional HL upto Rs 150 lakhs to a mug of Rs. 15. Bank takes care of each and every expense u make for either u or ur family. Then brand name is incredible, u don't have to hunt for business... It comes automatically.

Dislikes

1. TRANSFERS.. this is biggest flaw in SBI.. u just get settled at a place and u are due for transfer and that too could be a far flung area. 2. Work pressure.. it is increasing many folds day by day.. u are expected to work 7 days.. set aside you family and don't expect leaves 3. CROSS SELLING PRESSURE.. at this point, bank is alsohelpless as there is cut throat competition in market every other margin is almost Nil.. so bank is looking for commission business.. and there starts the problem... U do like 300% of your targets... But If u are not doing cross selling... It's futile... U will be nagged for this in every review meeting.....Read More
