I never thought of taking off during 39 years working with bank as I considered the institution responsible for my daily bread and butter and for a good life.

Dislikes

transition from manual to bank master and to CBS have increased technological efficiency but seriously effected evaluation of human resources. Efficiency is now manipulated by a few comprising a vicious circle where by large number of officers who are fully devoted for betterment of banks are deprived appreciation.

Work Details

during last 5 years of my job with SBI I made efforts to reduce NPA and AUCA and able to recover more than Rs800crs during these period

Completed 38 years of service in State Bank of India. I am very much happy with the feeling that I was a member of SBI family. Now I am the member of extended SBI family.

It's system and procedure protects honest employee of high integrity. It offers excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the organisation. I always felt proud that I was selected as a probationary officer and my batch mate is now Chairman of the Bank.

Dislikes

I have not only enjoyed working but is comfortable after superannuation also. It is sole banker for me and my family members as well. I always persuade acquaintances to deal with this bank and help others to appreciate the bank's services.
