If you are doing work from office it's good but in work from home it's quite difficult no support from management/seniors.

Nothing ...only I like myself there and nothing else.not a single day I got support to work there. I left no single day to put my efforts to work on that company.. Highly ill treated by seniors and colleagues...regret each day of spent or we can say wasted my two years as experience cannot show any where ..huge black mark for me...

Highly disappointed by seniors and colleagues. Every one ever single day ill treated me..when ever raised complaint they talk about csat dsat..not only this In also faced ill treatment in office and told about this to my senior they never replied to me then I approach HR and there also I faced disappointment as it seems they speak what seniors want them to speak not supportive at all. Not allowed a single day to work peacefully and let me concentrate and when ever complained they pointed on me only stating what is csat dsat score... Many times I tried to counter stating I want to listen calls of my colleagues who they are saying doing very good job but they are not even transparent regarding their scores it se ma if they allow me to hear my co employees call records then I encounter them with questions which spoil there plan to thora me out of company.. Many tines indirectly they give that my in laws only want me to treat like this . Which Ma kee me more disappointed as my hard earned education and my parents hard earned money which is invested my education ...everything is not worth a penny and statement of those who people who are not good in deeds ..you can check if want see I am ryt or wrong matters most ...really disheartened as human being and ashamed of such relations who don't even want to see you growing as a professional and shame on those who deploy other due to their benefits...where they take money to hell ..what that money can help them to buy holy deed...sorry good work is a person own wish or will not something to buy after death...Read More

Everything is worst here. No appraisal, no growth. IJP is myth they will lure you telling you will become QA/SME in 3 months. If that happens too, they will not promote you on-paper will use you saying like Business QA and Business SME on the salary of Executive. Don't join this worst company ever.

Work environment was good, but not secure with no growth opportunities, and poor pay segments.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities, no increments no matter how hard you invest into the process, no value for employees, poor payment structure, poor HR management at Palava office. NO Hr portals, poor leave structure, genuine leaves are deducted in salary. Ultimately not a good company for deserving candidates. HR lies with salary while interview too. Work was good. Process was cool, but Aegis failed to deliver what promised to Hdfc with NPS. Including in terms of process investments, poor systems, poor techniques for productivity.

very bad behaviors of AM specially Azra Ali, she does not know how to talk to the associates, and most of the time she is behaving like they have purchased the candidate by giving them a salary, worst experience till the time I worked with her. When an agent is working he is giving his 100% and he is bound by your client's policies that he has to follow and the customer is rating your policies and your client, and AM's like you torture agents....Read More

The company culture isn't very good. They don't care about you all that much. You are NOT indispensable. I've had salary deduction issues without any reason that haven't gotten solved to this day.
