Not a single good thing to say. Bad things are piled up.

1)Poor office culture and management 2) Incentives are not given on time, rules change suddenly as per his habit and reasons are given without giving incentives. 3) Like the name Local Mart, the seniors' speech here is not correct. Oh you guys, bad behavior is paid, not respected. 4) Near expiry products are on the floor, The ricegrown here may turn out bad, insects may appear in the rice. I have seen this with my own eyes while working. 5) Product quality is poor. 6) The price of the goods is separately scanned on the board and after reaching the billing counter. 7) The management of this company misleads the customers. 8) They don't give leaflet distribution or travel expenses instead they want us to spend our own pocket money and our pocket money is spent. 9) Final amount should be deposited after 45 days after leaving the job. Even after 60 to 62 days, the company has not yet deposited the full and final amount. 10) The management of this company is so bad that it is better not to work here. The company is on the verge of closure. 11) Earlier there were 16 stores in Pune, now there are only ten. 12) Consumers' needs and useful items are not available at this place.
