Work culture seems there is no rules , just need business , there is no Sunday , work until late time , always say yes sir on unwanted WhatsApp groups no growth and no ethics , always threatning for advisor will be map to someone else , always spend money by own pocket for agent meeting , even if they are calling you for meeting you might be travelling 200kms from your location and they might be do not ask you for a tea , and if you are taking any agent with you , then might be they provide food but for all expenses they will ask you for money , over all seems not a company , also claim settlement is not good as they shows they are big company but their claim always needs query reply and rejection with false truths , no email culture in company ।...Read More

The company is good in terms of incentive structure and all. Career growth wise its poor.

Compensation is decent, but growht is slow. The pressure is very high. To achieve day to day target is big deal.
