Work life balance is too bad overtime more than 1:30 hours as you are not an employee management treat as labour something using abusing words with TL by management too much pressure never felt as it's working environment I have never seen like this before where I had worked in previous organisation

One of the worst company in which I worked, I am working in Delhi branch of star health near Mohan state metro station. The job was so hectic every seniors shouting on employees, The name of my TL was anubhav Mishra he was so pathetic guy he used abusive language, no canteen ,nothing good, nobody wants to purchase policy from star health because of higher premium

It was good overall in experience. But there are no job security the job is depending on your target achievements, the management department is ok, teammates r kind of supportive but the salary is always on time.
