There is need to be development in employees behaviour and their skills existing old employee need to check they are behaviour towards new employee from department Head day by day because that might be effect work culture and it will help productivity

Huge pressure given by senior. Do con call of 4-5 hrs. On daily basis. No support by senior in any scenario. Worst life. Spend more time over here. Now m feeling relax.

Every thing is good in the company top level never un necessary pressurized to bottom employee so I am very happy good incentive,good leave policy 1 st and second Saturday off also you can avail your leave 5 to 10 days in the month which is good

No work life balance They will treat you like slave During interview they will tell that you'll have comp off, but you have to work 24*7 On Government holidays they'll ask you to work from home and get update 1 hr once. Office timing more than 10 hours Fully partiality and politics Managers will use unwanted words to female employees also. No promotion. No appreciation..
