That the sr management is easy to handle.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Recruitment policy/quality is very poor and their model is to employ people who look underprivileged and desperate for a job. POV model is pocket friendly but overall quality is very poor. In their defence their business and product is medical insurance. This does not require highly qualified employees.
