There is nothing to be liked in working with StarHealth & Allied Insurance Co Ltd.

Dislikes

Worst working culture, lots of politics. Few people are running their own regime. No centrilzed MIS system, so manipulation of data is done by Seniors to cut incentives & contests payout qualified by employees, fake commitment to partners about payouts & incentives. Team recruitment process is worst in industry.
