Food, ethics, internal and hidden politics, growth, for which you need to please them to the core than showing your talents, work culture, worst code of conduct and guidance, end of the day you will be treated just as much as a battery. Most of the time your credits and hardwork will be stolen by your very own team leads. More Ugly/dirty competition and politics within departments to an extent when they forget their actual competition is an other company. Worst food but it helps many poor employees. U will be forced to work on all of available holidays else u growth will sustain....Read More

Hi, Guy's from my own experience is excellent with star health & allied ins.co. ltd is very good, I am satisfied with this pandemic situation i am handle all the clients query calls. we have on leave for two n half month at home so that co. gave us full salary and in lock down we are working alternate days which is very helpful for family and own self, but some how due to work load working hrs is extended in this situation but will managed and give our best to company....Read More

My work profile is i am handling last 3 years GMC Mediclaim now we are in 4 years handling GMC, In this am handling outlook mail parts, MIS devision, client query, client query calls, our star health softwear systems dashboard, galaxy, flowfax .

I've enjoyed working in star health and allied insurance, My teammates and my teamleader were so friendly with me, There is no work pressure over there, Salary and Allowance will credit on time, And the office timing is also very good just 8 hours working in that 1 hour of break so only 7 hours of work, Office environment also too good, they provide afternoon lunch also in a free of cost.

Dislikes

The only disadvantage is for me is weekoff in starting they used to give on sundays after that they have changed the weekoff on weekdays, The most important thing is we cant even swap our weekoff. So incase of an important day to us on that time also they won't let us to put leave.
