The company is progressive yet a bit orthodox working style but it only increases the value addition.The short span success of this company is self explanatory.I was lucky enough to be part of Star Health Insurance & would love to work again with the company.

Growth options in operations are very slow....sometimes top management does not value the unconditional support of few employees which is a big concern.
