There is no HR process and if you are in trouble no one can support. Senior employee are deciding the rule and norms to run the organisation. No salary increments no leaves , even work on holidays.

I liked most the part of training how they trained each and everyone step by step

Company culture was too strict and no fix timing to go to home overtime daily not a single day only on daily more than 1-1.5 hours if I talk about shift timing that was 9:30-6:30 on but the manager never leave us on time they allow after 8 pm and using abusing words to respect for employees I have also seen there crying girls by scolding TL even they perform well no sympathy too rude behaviour

I didn't feel any work tension while I was working in that company... I got very helpful senior they taught me work process in good manner.

I got promotion from designation JO to QC department .. when I was working in thillainagar zonal office .. The head zonal manager Mr. Ashok was mistreated me with his words..He didn't give the respect to me.. spoke with disrespectful words..

There are so many: 1) Even you joined freshly, you have to meet the target 2) Managers are terrible they don't support for the team, so much politics and they never allow the team member to go beyond them (Most managers english are terrible), but they put talented persons down 3) No proper training for freshers so there's no chance for them to learn about work. 4) Even you get promotion there will be no salary increment accordingly 5) I worked hard includes manager's work but he received more increment than me every year 6) No proper power to the non medical team 7) Weekend working even if there's less work on that week 8) Talent will never get identified 9) The more you polish the higher people's you will get benefits...Read More
