Its worst question, we dont like any thing in Kaar.

Most of the people says we have good of learning but its lot of effects of employees who is working hard to learn, they dont tell any thing. They hire the employees as intern and make pressure of them. If you are that kind of person where leave all your things and need only work its the good place( like no food , no family , no bath, no going out on weekends etc) Think before you join the company guys. I am not telling you to join or don't join but situation is like that in Kaar -one word worst company. Cost centre issue , billable and non billable , as a sap consultant I need consult clients but KAAR expects to keep mind on profits , get more billable from clients etc . The CSM won’t provide unbillable cost centre if their margin goes down . Very toxic we need to beg at last minute to get cost centre and get salary Many experienced person are leaving due to this

1. Timesheets filing, cost center will be blocked and you will not be able to submit your timesheet. 2. The timesheet submission application is very worst it has it's own issues 3. Everytime you have to be worried on getting salary or not because of this timesheet issues. 4. - Worst HR management ever that never respond to any queries or concerns raised - Compensation is not fairly paid, appraisal system is even worse. I have received appraisal only once in my last 4years of experience with Kaar Tech that is too minimal 8% on CTC and 10% is variable on that increment - A big red flag for work life balance. Sick environment where you can't even think of weekends or leaves - Onsite opportunities are randomly given without considering employee's efforts - Best politics is ever played here in Kaar - Worst infrastructure where the Interns will not even get access to MS office, no wifi given to them, no chairs and what not - The CEO and management is only focussed in increasing profits and never bother to deliver quality project - Kaar tech least bother about employee satisfaction One word, worst company -Think thousand times before joining this company because they pay high in the beginning but you will regret after joining...Read More
