Likes: I worked with the organization for 5 years and it was a great journey. I enjoyed the work here. Work life balance and career growth is good here.
Dislikes: The only thing what I dislike, they do not follow the band system. So it impacts your long term journey<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They should change the band of the person at the time of promotion</mark>. They just provide usual hike over promotion as well which is quit unsatisfactory

My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I:
1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May?
2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency)
