As a part time employee, it was a laid back position with flexible hours and good pay. The job encompassed writing blogs and other miscellaneous editing work which was very well communicated. The growth opportunities are a little limited but it all depends on how far you can push yourself. I would not say I specifically disliked anything in my 6 months working here.

The teammates were great and helpful.

Dislikes

The compensation was very low and the work environment was unsatisfactory. There is no career growth as the work is monotonous and there is no learning, also you aren't treated as a valuable employee. The boss is very biased and there is no job security at all.

The work would not be fruitful for further career opportunities. I feel like I have wasted a crucial part of my time working at SRM Designs. The compensation was also very low and there are no benefits such as leaves.
