Likes

It's a local pharmaceutical company, There is no growth in civil engineering. Basically it's a non engineering sector.So this is not long service suitabilty job for me. So I have to innovate some other.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Lake of proper planning from management and long vision.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Simply no major roll for civil engineer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
