Good place to work but they won't give the salary as promised.

Dislikes

Interview they will fix a salary and when you join they will reduce the salary to 10k-15k which is the very worst policy they follow by which they demolish your intent to start working with good state of mind.

Good Work Environment despite a lot of assignment. My Teammates are very supportive and the management is adjusting Our CEO is very amicable and understand our Problems. Salary package is good. and even in the Covid time we receive the salary in time.

Dislikes

The management as could as possible try to make sure we are working in good condition. Sometimes when the assignment is not done by us or dislike, there is no console. There is no bond but unfortunately when we would like to resign, some formalities are there but not crucial.

Work Details

The job is interesting until our work goes well. My struggle to complete my work in time is v.poor. I taste the different roles within the same team

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
