I joined SMI in 2019 as a senior software engineer. I really can't say enough how great it is to work at SMI. Everyone here is so warn and welcoming. It's a great place to learn and grow as a professional

Dislikes

No disadvantage to point as as yet other than the cafeteria service which goes down at times.

Likes

SMI works on the latest innovations and technologies. The HR team is amazing and supportive. Work culture is great and I love learning new things at SMI.

Dislikes

Medical Insurance can have some added benefits as the current plan is very basic.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
