Rude behaviour of management, they are ready to fire you without any notice period. Work culture is toxic. So much of officr politics seen here.

Dislikes

They treat their employees like daily laborers and also threaten the employees to hours late at night. Come early in the morning, you have to present in the office sharp 9:30 AM otherwise half day leaves. NO hike during the appraisal, also they reduce the CTC after saying your performance is low.

My experience at SquareOps has been positive so far. Here, I've had the opportunity to learn new things, especially related to blogging and creativity. Nothing to be liked in Squareops. The 1st week in the organisation makes you feel better and u will laugh a lot with all your colleagues and with ur manager. But the worst part is that the more u laugh in 1st week u have to repay with ur tears and hurting ur self-respect

The worst part is that ur manager is not at all have a trust on you and on ur work. If you are happy because you had a good day with your work. Ankush & Nitin will be so disappointed because of ur happiness and they will roast you by finding any of ur mistake. If you asked for any feedback about ur work or about you, unfortunately they don't have a single possitive point but they have a more than 50 negative points for you. The leaving time from office is at 7pm but the manager (Ankush) used to asked for the update or the meeting with you at 6.30 or most of the time after 7pm. The whole day the decision maker will not respond to you if you asked for a meeting or a support on customer call. They used chat GPT for all the things in the organisation even for a small mail. The worst part is that he shared few email format and later on after a week he only identify few mistakes in the email which he shared with you. No one is satisfied in the organisation with the behaviour of Ankush & Nitin. If you try to suggest and asked for change in the way or behaviour then they used to call the specific person who suggest and grilled them in a very bad way. While hiring you they mention that ur salary will be revised after 3 months and will give you hike but after 3 months they will decrease ur salary by 50 percent without informing you anything and after one month of that they will fire you without giving any reason to you or if you want to put the paper by your self then u have to pay the 50 percent of ur CTC to the organisation then only they will give u the releaving letter and do the background verification for you....Read More

A Disappointing Experience at SquareOps Our family's experience with SquareOps has been nothing short of shocking. A family member worked there, and the work environment was terrible. From the top down, there seems to be no clear direction or leadership. The CEO himself seemed clueless about how to properly run the company, which made things worse for everyone working under him. One day, I received a call from someone at the company asking if I knew a person named [XYZ]. I confirmed that [XYZ] is my family member, and to my surprise, they started pressuring me to tell [XYZ] to delete a review they had written on AmbitionBox about SquareOps. It didn’t stop there – we received multiple calls, not just to me but to other family members as well. The tone was not only forceful but also bordered on threatening, as they insisted the review be taken down. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, and it paints a clear picture of the toxic culture at SquareOps. Rather than addressing the issues raised in the review, they chose to harass and intimidate my family to silence them.
