On the matter of salary adjustment, we want to clarify that this was an optional offer, which you chose to take. This offer was presented as a way to help you continue in the role, and it was aligned with the company's performance evaluation processes. It’s important to mention that accountability, professional communication, and adherence to company policies are fundamental in maintaining a productive work environment. First and foremost, the statement that all employees at SquareOps Technologies are on a contractual basis is completely false. This claim is not only incorrect but also suggests a clear attempt to tarnish the reputation of our company. We employ a diverse workforce, consisting of full-time employees, and we maintain transparency in all employment agreements. Furthermore, the allegation that employees are pressured to write positive reviews is equally untrue. We strongly believe in fostering a culture of openness and transparency, where all feedback is voluntary and honest. We have never, and will never, force any employee to write reviews—positive or otherwise—on any platform. It is unfortunate to see such false accusations being made, as they appear to be a desperate attempt to damage the reputation of a company that values its people and their contributions.
